Carol Pratt runs Dormouse Sleepers, a bespoke sleep coaching service for families with babies, older children and teenagers. She has worked on various children’s wards, and in the community, both as a research health visitor (working on safe sleeping), and family health visitor. She received sleep training from the Southampton Sleep Training Course, MNT (OCN level 3) and Millpond. She offers families holistic, practical, evidence based advice, individually tailored to the parent’s specific sleep concerns, and the child’s developmental stage. She is passionate about helping families find their own path through the forest of sleep information, away from the misery of sleep deprivation and we can’t wait to welcome her onto our Market Harborough course.
