- Do you ever look at other mums and think they’re handling things much better than you?
- How many times a day does ‘mum-guilt’ eat away at you?
- Are you surprised with how different things are with your partner now the little one has appeared?
You are not alone! Come and join Effie Dower, Nurturing Mums alum and enrichment coach, for an evening of offloading. Thanks to Nurturing Mums, Effie will be offering a relaxed and safe space to meet other mums and to share our experiences. This is more than just a chat with new mum friends – Effie will use tools and tips from her coaching experience to encourage sharing and to create a supportive environment.
When we become mothers, we share so many similar experiences. When we talk, we begin to understand how many things we undertake. We are excited to offer you the chance to come and feel supported and, above all, know that you are an amazing mum!
7.30pm- 9.30pm on 15 June 2017
Alwyne Castle, Islington, N1 2LY

Effie is a new mum to 4-month-old Eva and a fully trained Co-Active life coach, having completed her training with the Coaches Training Institute.
In a previous life, Effie was a solicitor at a top London law firm before following her passion of helping others through coaching. Effie believes that her experience in the corporate world, coupled with her discovery of coaching through her own journey of self-awareness (including becoming a mum!), helps her truly connect with others in a transformational way.
