Pre/Post Natal Pilates instructor Ruth Larkin will be offering a pregnancy Pilates class. Learn some safe and useful exercises to practice at different stages of your pregnancy to help deal with those back aches or pelvic pain as well as working the pelvic floor and how to prepare for birth and beyond. Ruth is also a highly qualified Sports Massage Therapist so you will also have an opportunity to ask any specific questions you might have about your body as it adapts to pregnancy and birth.
