Local Earlsfield mama and pilates teacher, Kerrie-Anne, will be running a special session for Nurturing Mums with tips on how to work with your post-baby body to rediscover your core strength. She’ll be talking all things pelvic floor and core, introducing you to some simple breathing, postural and core strength exercises, so you’ll get a fun and gentle workout. Babies welcome!
